ITDoc Generator is an AI-powered web application that generates IT documentation including runbooks, SOPs, network documentation, incident response procedures, and onboarding guides based on user input.

Free tier

We offer 3 free document generations per month with no account required. Free tier usage is tracked in your browser and resets monthly.

Paid subscription

Paid subscriptions provide unlimited document generation for $29 per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at itdocgeneerator@gmail.com.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. Contact us at itdocgeneerator@gmail.com to request a refund.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ITDoc Generator only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to generate documentation intended to facilitate illegal activities or harm others.

Intellectual property

The documents generated by ITDoc Generator using your input are yours to use however you wish. We claim no ownership over the content you generate.

Disclaimer

ITDoc Generator provides AI-generated documentation as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it in a production environment. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in generated documents.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
