Information we collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service. When you subscribe we collect your email address and payment information through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card details — all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

What we do NOT collect

We do not store any of the text you enter into the documentation generator. Your IT descriptions, configurations, and notes are sent to the AI model to generate your document and are not saved on our servers.

How we use your information

Your email address is used only to manage your subscription and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use browser local storage to remember your free document usage count and subscription status. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third party services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic's Claude AI for document generation. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
